Brad Potter, our close friend and the ASAA IT director, is known for his love of racquetball, mountain biking, and his involvement with ABT, Mountain City Church, and Immanuel Baptist Church. On January 5, 2026, Brad suffered a massive stroke that has changed his life and presented significant challenges for his future. As he faces a long road to recovery, he will require extended care, including physical and occupational therapy for at least a year. Unfortunately, these essential therapies are not covered by Medicare or health insurance, leaving Brad and those who care about him to find ways to cover these critical expenses.

His goal is to be a witness for Christ and once again Walk into Mountain City Church. Newly favorite verse Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."

To help alleviate the financial burden, we are assisting Brad in selling his home and belongings, hoping to reduce his stress and allow him to focus solely on his recovery. The funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly toward the costs of an extended care facility, as well as the physical and occupational therapy he needs to regain his strength and independence. Every contribution will make a meaningful difference in Brad's journey back to health.

We truly appreciate your prayers and any financial assistance you feel led to provide. Reducing financial stress on Brad during his recovery is the primary goal of this GoFundMe. We are praying for a complete recovery with minimal negative impact on his financial status. Thank you for considering a donation toward his well-being and for supporting Brad during this difficult time.
