My name is Ronette Totall and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my brother, Brad Nelson, who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He went to the ER a few weeks ago with leg pain. After several days in the hospital and multiple tests and scans, he was told he has cancer in his esophagus, lung, and bone. He is unable to work at this time, as is his partner Heather because she is caring for him.

The plan was originally to try chemotherapy but has shifted to radiation of the lower body to kill the cancer and heal the bones so he can walk. If that is successful, they will then switch to chemotherapy. As you can imagine, medical bills and everyday living expenses will become challenging with neither of them being able to work.
