On the morning of May 18th, 2025, Brad Condon lost his home and all his belongings to a fire. His house burnt down while he was out, and by the time he returned, it was completely engulfed in flames. His neighbor had called the fire department, but it was too late. Everything Brad owned was in that house and the camper that was sitting next to the house. Thankfully, his dog, The Nug, was with him.
Brad's been a member of the Southern Vermont community for over 30 years. He has been an active participant, having a booth at farmers markets for several years, and being of service to many through his lawn care business. Brad lives a simple, humble life, where he really tries to rely on local resources. He's raised livestock and poultry, always had a large garden, and enjoys foraging and fishing both as a hobby and to supplement his diet.
Brad is left temporarily homeless while we try and gather funds and skills to rebuild. We are relying on our community to help out. Please feel free to give any amount you can. Every little bit helps.
