My 13 year old cat Bowie is currently at the Bolton Animal Hospital in CT. She is getting a blood transfusion due to a flea infestation that was treated with Revolution, and most likely has a UTI. The vet said it may be a chronic kidney problem, but they are going to see how she reacts to antibiotics which are also treating a respiratory infection.

This has lead to a large vet bill ($3,500) which I can't really afford right now. If there's anything you can give to help me get Bowie the care she needs, it would be much appreciated!

UPDATE: Bowie is receiving her blood transfusion now as of 8am 11/2/25. She's received fluids and is being kept warm and comfortable, and her nostrils have been cleared so she's breathing better. Please donate if you can to help me pay for her care!

UPDATE #2: Bowie responded well to the blood transfusion and fluids! She's up and moving around, and she's even eating. She's staying another night because of her age just to make sure she stays stable and continues to improve. Thank you for your donations, I truly appreciate it!!!

UPDATE #3: Bowie is officially home! The official total was less than expected, but still more than I can afford to spend. Bowie continues to respond well to treatment and is currently laying on my arm purring. She's on a bunch of meds and we still have a ways to go to reach our goal.
