Hello all, as you all know, for the past 2 years I've been dealing with ESRD (end-stage renal disease), "KIDNEY FAILURE", and have been doing peritoneal dialysis, as well as monthly Anchorage dialysis visits.

Just recently, I was notified about moving forward with a kidney transplant and have a living donor, my mother, Carol Evon.

It has been a long 2 years dealing and struggling with this disease, but I fought through it and still am. I'm writing you for some help with funds. While in Seattle after the transplant, I might be out for a good month or so and won't be back to work until sometime afterward. Anything would be appreciated.
