Hi all, my name is Miles and I have recently taken Boomer into my care following the heartbreaking passing of his owner, Ulrich.

Boomer and I have had a very strong bond ever since he was a puppy. I spent time with him every day since 2017 until I moved to Santa Barbara for college in 2020. Following Ulrich’s passing, I have committed to his wishes to take Boomer into my care in order to give him a life he would most enjoy. While it certainly is a challenge taking care of a 100lb golden retriever at 24 years old, Boomer is my brother and I know we both wouldn’t want it any other way.

I am starting this fund in hopes to raise money for vet bills and other necessary expenses as Boomer begins to approach his golden years.
