For those or most of you that don't know, my mom, Bonnie Stack, was diagnosed with a rare, fast-moving cancer (High-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma, small cell type). She just recently did three rounds of chemo and is now losing her long, beautiful, curly hair at a very fast rate.
My mom is going to need some help as she can barely walk into Walmart without becoming too weak and having to leave. She's going to need hats, wigs, and money to help with bills. Today, she went to be fitted and set up to start radiation, and that will be every day when she starts it. Then, she will do chemo when she's not getting radiation. She was told it can go into remission, but she will never be cured, and this type of cancer metastasizes a lot of times in the brain. Right now, it is currently in the lymph nodes in her chest.
Any help is appreciated. We are not the type of family to ask for help, but at this time, she needs it.
