My name is Bonnie Hall, and my world was turned upside down by the Altadena wildfire

I had to evacuate with nothing but the clothes on my back. By the time the smoke cleared, I learned that my home—everything I had built—was gone. Burned to the ground. The loss was immediate, total, and deeply personal.

I’m doing my best to stay strong, to hold on to faith, and to begin the long road of rebuilding. As a mother and a woman of deep resilience, I’ve kept moving forward even when I didn’t know how I would make it to the next day. But the truth is—I need help.
