Support Bonnie After Jamie's Tragic Loss

On March 5, my brother Jamie was tragically killed in a horrible car accident. The family is absolutely devastated but perhaps nobody more so than my sister-in-law who married my brother this past June in a beautiful intimate setting. They’ve known each other since they were 7 and 8 and were an incredible pair.

Jamie was an extraordinary human who overcame addiction and countless losses to build a beautiful life. I could not be more proud of him and how hard he worked to create a great life for himself and Bonnie. He was my purpose, my heart, my everything. To know his story and try to reconcile this tragedy is just heartbreaking. There are no words to explain. We are all left completely gutted and reeling in shock.

Many of my friends have asked how they can help, and while flowers and food are always nourishing for the heart and soul (and so appreciated), I would love to request donations in lieu of gifts for my sister-in-law to help her worry about one less thing as she navigates this horrible tragedy.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and many thanks for your condolences. And to those of you who were part of Jamie’s life, much love. He was one of one. The world lost a great one yesterday.

I rarely ask for help and I have no idea what to ask for but appreciate anything that anyone is able to spare. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.
