My name is CJ Ost and I'm raising funds to support my brother Bonham on his path to recovery.

On Monday, May 26th, Bonham was hit & run by a drunk/reckless driver which sent him in a palm tree, then into a three rotation spin. The impact broke his spine and caused him to be paralyzed from the abdomen down. Though we tried, we were never able to locate or bring the reckless driver to justice.

Doctors told us that he would likely never walk again, but he has been showing positive signs of recovery over these last six months and we're very hopeful that he will make great progress in the coming year once we can upgrade his level of care and service.

Bonham was an incredibly an active person before the crash. As a basketball player, a skater, and a fan of football, he was always on the move. He's a loving Uncle who enjoyed playing with our many nieces and nephews, and for work, he was the team lead for a reputable moving company. Since his mobility has been taken from him, he can no longer support himself or engage in his greatest joys and professions. This has been a massively life-changing time for us that has impacted every feature of our lives. He requires a great deal of help daily and because of that, my job has been solely to care for him and support my family on every way I can.

It is for these reasons that I'm reaching out with a funding campaign to support Bonham and all of our needs going forward.

All proceeds will go towards paying for bills, groceries, medical supplies, rehabilitation, physical therapy, & handycapable ammenities.

We love Bonham so much, and we want to help however we can, but it is a huge draw on our time and effort, so we need your help to continue doing so.
