Support Boffill's Life-Saving Surgery

I’m raising this funds for my uncle Boffill C Bernardes.

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Boffill C Bernardes of Naval, Biliran Province, Philippines and I am humbly reaching out to ask for your kind help and support during one of the most challenging times of my life.

I have been diagnosed with X-Linked Dystonia Parkinsonism (XDP), a rare, progressive, and debilitating neurological disorder that severely affects movement and motor functions. It has taken a significant toll on my health and quality of life, leaving me unable to perform daily tasks independently.

After multiple consultations with specialists, I have been recommended to undergo Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)—a surgical procedure that can greatly improve my symptoms and offer me a chance at a more normal life. Unfortunately, the cost of this surgery is approximately 2 Million Pesos, an amount far beyond what my family and I can afford.

I am humbly appealing to your generous heart for any financial assistance you can extend toward this life-saving procedure. Any amount, big or small, would mean the world to me and will bring me closer to regaining a life with dignity and less suffering.
