the rebbe said on vov iyor 5751 1991 וההוספה בלימוד התורה בעניני משיח והגאולה היא ה"דרך ישרה" לפעול התגלות וביאת המשיח והגאולה בפועל ממש the addition in the learning of Torah regarding moshiach and geulah is the "דרך ישרה" "straight path" to actually bringing the revelation and coming of moshiach and geulah. so we the bochurim in the mesivta in westchester arranged that twice a week every monday and wednesday we make a seder where bochurim learn for 20 minutes עניני משיח והגאולה parts of torah the talk about moshiach and geulah and after every seder we give out treats for each bochur that learnt עניני משיח והגאולה and later in the year we'll make a mivtzah to help bochurim learn עניני משיח והגאולה better and there will be more rewards/seforim for whoever does the mivtzah . and the rebbe also said on vov iyor 5751 ""ועוד ועיקר כפשוט להוסיף בקיום המצוות בהידור ובמיוחד בההידור במצות הצדקה (כללות כל המצוות) ש"מקרבת את הגאולה"And more importantly, simply add in doing mitzvos behidur, especially doing the mitzvah of tzedakah behidur (the sum of all the mitzvos) which "brings geulah nearer"
