To know Bob is to love him.

Robert Bryant - aka Mr. Bob, Bob is the kind of person who shows up for everyone. Whether it was during his years as a firefighter or now in his role as a security guard, he is always willing to serve, protect and care for those fortunate enough to know him. He is a husband, father, brother, and friend. Many know him as the friendly and watchful presence at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in midtown Manhattan or faithfully standing guard at Redeemer West Side every Sunday morning, keeping the youngest members of our congregation safe. It’s no wonder so many call of his youngest fans call him “Bob the Protector.”

Now, Bob needs us to show up for him.

After undergoing a life-saving heart transplant, Bob faces a long road to recovery. The surgery and extended hospital stay have taken a toll financially. Bob has been unable to work for the past two months, and the medical bills are beginning to come in.

We are raising funds to help cover:

The costs of his hospital stay and transplant surgery

Ongoing medications and follow-up care

Living expenses while he recovers and is out of work
