Support Bob's healing!

Hello friends & neighbors,

Bob Oaks -- Northsider, founder of the NMCDC, and friend to many -- needs our help and support. The week after Christmas, Bob unfortunately had two falls at his home on the Northside, and after several emergency room visits and a brief stay in the hospital is now recovering at The Village Health and Rehabilitation at Community Medical Center in Missoula. Bob has a fractured spine and several fractured ribs, but is doing better each day and is looking forward to coming back to his home after healing and rehab.

In the meantime, Bob needs our community's help with medical expenses related to the injuries he sustained over the holidays, including the several emergency room visits and subsequent stay at the rehabilitation center. In addition, Bob's son Willy has taken time off from his new job in Oregon to care for his father. With Willy's help, Bob hopes to be coming home from the extended care unit in the coming weeks, but he will need to have regular check-ins and some additional support going forward.

Bob has given so much to the Northside neighborhood and to Missoula. Let's help him and his son by taking expense-related stress off their shoulders and allowing Bob to focus on healing and getting back to his home. As you are able, please consider supporting Bob by contributing to help with mounting medical bills and his future care, and please share with folks who may know Bob personally or who have benefitted from his amazing, selfless work in the community!
