Dear Family and Friends,
UPDATE: The Alcantara family would like to share an update regarding Bobby. On November 24, 2025, Bobby did suffer a massive stroke. We have received several inquiries regarding the "GoFundMe" page and want to confirm that it is legitimate.
Bobby is currently home and facing a long road to recovery. He remains paralyzed on his right side and is working diligently with speech, physical, and occupational therapy to regain his strength and mobility.
Because he is unable to return to work, the family is facing significant financial challenges, including mounting medical bills and the cost of daily needs. We appreciate your support and any assistance you can provide during this difficult time.
If you are able, please consider contributing to the GoFundMe. If you cannot donate at this time, we would appreciate it if you could share Bobby's story with others.
Thank you for your support, and may God bless you. Please read our original story below.
On November 24, 2025, our lives changed when my brother, Bobby, suffered a life-altering stroke. For those who know Bobby, he is the definition of "happy-go-lucky." As a devoted husband and father of four, he has always been the provider and the rock his family leans on. An HVAC specialist by trade, Bobby has spent his life working a physically demanding job to support his family of six. Tragically, the stroke has left his right side paralyzed, making it impossible for him to return to the career he loves. While Bobby is a fighter and is working hard to regain his strength, the road to recovery will be long.
With Bobby unable to work, his family is facing mounting medical bills alongside the daily expenses of providing for four children. We are starting this fund to ease the financial burden on Bobby’s shoulders so he can focus entirely on his rehabilitation. The funds raised will go directly toward medical expenses and specialized rehabilitation therapies, monthly living expenses for his wife and children, and home modifications and equipment necessary for his recovery.
Bobby has spent his life being the first person to step up and help others. We are now asking for that same kindness to be returned to him. Even if you cannot donate, please share Bobby’s story. Every prayer, share, and contribution brings him one step closer to getting back to the family he loves so much. Thank you for your love, prayers, and support.
