Support Bobby's Fight: Leukemia and RA

Hello....I

Its been a little over a year since I was told of the Leukemia, and I

wish I could say that all is well, or at least, as well as it could be, given

this diagnosis. My monthly blood tests continue to deteriorate, however I am still above the Chemotherapy threshold, according to my treating oncologist at The City of Hope in Los Angeles.

Sadly, one of these blood tests revealed an extremely strong presence for RA....

Rheumatoid Arthritis...This explains much about my overall physical discomfort, and is

treatable, but the medications have caused their own problems, and I'm not sure

the relief is worth the anguish the meds are putting me through.

In May it will be 6 years since the triple bypass surgery....then Leukemia....and now RA....

3 major conditions, yet I am still working over 30 hours a week at the amazing

J.W. Marriott Desert Springs Resort and more importantly, able to take my terrific

dog Jake to the park a couple of times a day....

As you all know, the world has become a much more expensive place, and I'm here again to ask for your help.

I am blessed with the most amazing circle of friends, and they have done so much to lessen the burden I am faced with, but I am still in need.

I'm hoping this message finds some of you great, others ok, and still others...still with hope.
