Save Bobbys Snaggle Tooth!

Hi, I am Roo, a preschool teacher, writer & musician from Seattle. My cat, Bobby, has feline tooth reabsorption and needs oral surgery to get some teeth removed. Her condition was brought on by her lowered immune system due to feline leukemia.

I adopted Bobby with her sister, Georgia, when only Georgia was lukemia positive, but Bobby tested positive soon after adoption. I got very little information on their back story, I was told they had been in 4 different shelters over 3 states and had been adopted and surrendered twice already. I never even knew how old they were! So, since adoption day they have found their first and only home filled with so much love. Unfortunately though, I had to put Georgia down in October of 2022 when her cancer progressed.

I have been able to keep up with Bobbys medical bills so far, but now, Bobby is continuing to lose weight despite an increase in wetfood and taking gabbapeptin daily. It is pertinent that Bobby gets her tooth removal to live comfortably as eating is painful for her now.

The total cost is beyond my means, and even though I have taken a weekend job to bring in extra funds, it still won't be enough. Any contribution is helpful for my sweet girl. Thank you!
