Bobby Marsala is a young, hardworking dad handed this horrible diagnosis of stage 4 cancer with leptomeningeal disease. He has been fighting for his life for one year, and palliative care has stepped in. He has 2 young children and his beautiful wife. He won't be able to work, and his wife is looking at a future that is unknown. Please help this family.
