In Loving Memory of Robert "Bobby" Dodson-Carag
After an 11 year long battle with a traumatic brain injury, Robert Anthony Dodson-Carag, or Kuya Bobby as we called him, has passed onto the next life. Our brother has lived two lives, before and after the accident.
In 2013, a car accident devastated our family. After a drunk driver T-boned Kuya Bobby's car, we lost our cousin Jade at 18 and Bobby was left in a permanent vegetative state at 19. Despite his injuries, Bobby never lost the shine in his eyes or the smile on his face.
Bobby was someone you'd love to be around. He was charismatic and full of life. He was a trusted friend, a loving family member, and a doting son. He impacted so many lives with his ambitious spirit and his fun attitude. He was always cracking jokes just to make you smile, and his passion for cars inspired others to follow his work ethic.
The family is asking for the support of donations which will go directly to his funeral arrangements, as we want to give Kuya Bobby a last farewell that will honor both his life and his years long battle with injury. Furthermore, don't hesitate to share this GoFundMe or any words of kindness. Bobby's services will be held at St John Neumann church in Santa Maria California on May 23 and 24. Thank you so much to anyone who has been a part of Bobby's or the family's life. God Bless us all.
If anyone needs to reach the family please call or text his brother through this GoFundMe.
