**UPDATE**

We can't thank everyone enough for their generosity and support thus far! Bo is now 10 months into his treatment and has started radiation. His treatment plan is expected to continue for another 7 months if everything goes according to plan. He has been doing amazingly so far but radiation can have some serious side effects and there is potential to damage his right kidney as well as healthy tissues. Some long term effects can be low muscle development in the effected area, bone density dropping at an earlier age, and it can also be hard on his lungs/ heart. It will be very important for him to lead a healthy lifestyle as he gets older. We have been working with a naturopathic doctor that specializes in cancer care and for this reason we have decided to do Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy for Bo to help recovery as much as possible to effected areas. The sessions are $225.00 per session and we are aiming to do at least 14 sessions following radiation. We will also be purchasing a Kala red light to aid in recovery , priced at $450.00.! We could use your help again if at all possible to help cover the costs, and help get us through the next seven months, any amount is greatly appreciated and helps Bo in his recovery!

Hi my name is Skyla Richter, and I’m hoping to raise funds for Bo Radford who was recently diagnosed with a neuroblastoma. Bo is currently at children’s hospital in Vancouver BC and both his parents have had to abruptly leave their jobs behind. The doctors believe it will be a long road ahead and we expect many expenses to be incurred. Kristi and Christian Radford are beloved locals from our hometown Fort Nelson BC. Bo also has a younger sister named Kate. My wish is to raise enough funds that his family can place all their focus on him, not feel pressured to return to work and also afford to make Bo’s time in Vancouver memorable and as enjoyable as possible.
