Hi ! This is Blue , he was attacked by a dog and due to the limited amount of funds we had they could only do so much . His neck muscles are torn , he can barely use his front legs , and there are a lot of other health issues he’s having . I’m just asking for some help to make sure this 2 month old baby doesn’t pass away he’s going to need a huge amount of physical therapy
