Hi, my name is Blue. I’m a 10-year-old Siberian Husky. On July 16, while I was relaxing in my front yard, a pit bull on a walk suddenly bit my paw. The worst part? Its human didn’t stop… didn’t even check if I was okay. But I wasn’t. I was in pain, scared, and bleeding. A piece of my paw was gone—the paw I used to give high fives and shake hands.
My human rushed me to the emergency vet. I had surgery the next day, and part of my bone was removed. I’ll never have my full paw again. Now, my human is left with a $5,000 vet bill.
If you can help, even a little, it would mean the world to both of us. Or please share my story. I just want to heal without causing more pain for the human I love. Thank you
