Blue is our year and a half old best friend. She started limping a month or so ago and unfortunately, it was not getting better. We were referred to a vet in Bozeman and were told that her ACL in her rear left knee was completely torn. We felt that we needed to act right away to get her surgery. Since Blue gets car sick, we didn’t want to put her through more car rides than necessary. So, we did the surgery. The surgery cost us $5000, and that’s just a big financial surprise that we are just not at all prepared for. Of course, I hate to ask for help, but I will because I just don’t know how I’m going to manage this bill. If you would like to donate, my family would greatly appreciate it. Blue is just the sweetest girl, and when we all come home at the end of our day, she’s there waiting for us, and she brings us endless amounts of joy. It’s been almost two weeks, and she seems to be on the mend. It’s a long road to recovery for this surgery. No running or jumping for at least 8 weeks, so we are doing our best to keep her lazy.
