Hi everyone! My name is Becky Walters, and I’m running the 167 mile High Country Loop of North Carolina to raise money for a cause that means a lot to me. This campaign is called “Ultras for Ultrasounds,” and I’d like to establish the Fastest Known Time record (FKT) for this loop which includes Grandfather Mountain, Roan Highlands, Mount Mitchell, and the Linville Gorge.

Blue Ridge Women's Center

The BRWC offers free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds. In addition to ultrasounds, they provide free consultations, parenting classes, car seats, diapers, baby clothes, and meals for expecting moms no matter their age or income. Located in the inner city of Roanoke, the center’s new location is easy and confidential for women to access. They also offer free consultations and services, resources, and support for fathers during uncertain times.
