Hi, my name is Maribel, and about 3 weeks ago, my mother was admitted to the hospital with blood clots in her left leg. Unfortunately, she was not receiving sufficient blood flow to her lower leg, and doctors had to perform an amputation above the knee. She also had to have a colectomy done to remove her large intestine.

We are currently raising funds to support my mother with her medical expenses, as well as getting her a prosthetic leg and wheelchair, and anything else she might need to help her adjust. Any help or support is greatly appreciated!
