I am the sole provider for my family, which includes my wife and son. Recently, I was involved in a serious car accident while transporting an inmate for work. Unfortunately, my job does not offer workman's compensation, so I am left without financial support during this difficult time.

The accident left me with a broken back in two places, a broken leg, two broken ribs, and multiple scrapes and contusions. I need back surgery and will be unable to work while I recover from these injuries.
