Support Blake's Medical and Housing Needs

Hello, my name is Blake. I am currently unable to work due to my shoulder injury. I have a torn rotator cuff and the nerves in my arms are really damaged; I have 35 percent feeling left in it. I've been trying to get medical help, but they all say I gotta pay something, so I figured I'd try and see if anyone can help me.

I'm about to be homeless in four days. I can't work, therefore I can't pay to stay here, and I'll be on the streets. I've tried everything. I even tried going house to house and asking if there was anything they can pay me to do, but I gotta make sure I can do it with one arm. I'm in constant pain, and the doctor said it's getting bad. I can't itch my nose without it dislocating; it's so painful. I have records to prove I've been in the ER for it way over 20 times. Last time, they said I have a fracture too. Please, any help would be much appreciated. I need a savior.
