Hi everyone,

My name is Jaron Cochran and I’m reaching out on behalf of my best friend, Blake Umbaugh, who was seriously injured today at the Atv Motocross National at Sunset Ridge in Illinois. Blake suffered severe breaks in both of his arms and is currently in the hospital facing surgery, a long recovery, and a tough road ahead.

As you can imagine, this kind of injury is not only physically devastating but also life-disrupting. Blake won’t be able to work for the foreseeable future, and simple everyday things like caring for his kids, driving, or even feeding himself are now huge challenges.

Blake is one of the toughest, most hard-working guys you’ll ever meet. He’s a devoted father, husband, a loyal friend, and someone who would give you the shirt off his back without thinking twice. Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.

We’re raising funds to help cover:

• Daily living expenses while he’s out of work

• Rehabilitation and follow-up care
