This is a fundraiser to support Blake Miley’s healing and justice journey after a recent attack. On Monday, October 12, 2026, 29-year-old Ohioan Blake Miley went to a political rally in Youngstown, Ohio to peacefully protest with a homemade t-shirt that said “Release the Epstein Files.”
Once Donald Trump started speaking, Ms. Miley decided to unveil her shirt. She stood up, yelled “Fascist” twice, and what followed was a terrifying ordeal that was captured on camera and broadcast around the world.
According to Ms. Miley’s account, she was attacked by multiple men, resulting in scratches, bruising, and hair being pulled from her head. During the attack and as she was escorted out by security, the President of the United States made a string of derogatory comments about her. After the rally she sought medical attention for her injuries. In the days following she took time to reflect on the seriousness of what had happened to her, even as the news of her attack angered many across the nation. In the past week, Ms. Miley has found legal counsel and is taking the next steps towards justice for what happened to her.
This campaign is being managed by a small organization in the city where the attack occurred, and we have created this fundraiser with the affirmative consent and knowledge of Ms. Miley so that we can help raise funds so she can more fully focus on her quest for justice & healing. Donations will help with her medical (and if necessary any legal) expenses.
Every dollar donated goes directly to Ms. Miley (minus GoFundMe fees) and each contribution can help ease the financial burden of this experience.
We also invite supporters to sign the “I stand with Blake Miley” pledge, so that you can express your support for her action and receive information about her quest for justice.
Blake has made it clear that she does not regret speaking out. She stood up because she believed something needed to be said, and she refuses to let intimidation silence her. Her action stands in a long tradition of principled non-violent action that confronts injustice through peaceful resistance, courage, and the insistence that every voice deserves to be heard.
You don't have to agree with Ms. Miley's politics to believe that everyone deserves safety, dignity, and the right to express themselves without fear of violence.
Thank you for your kindness in supporting Ms. Miley. Every act of kindness matters, and it is building networks of care and engaging in mutual aid that we can show how love conquers hate.
If you'd like to take a pledge to support Ms. Miley through her steps toward justice, here is a place for that. We are especially interested in building a care and solidarity network for any legal proceedings. Thanks for your consideration!
