UPDATE - FUND DISTRIBUTION PREPARATION

Katelyn, a 20+ year Bistro Roca manager and wife of Seth, the executive chef, Amy the bookkeeper and Jen the front manager have been working with Seth (different Seth) to determine how best to distribute these funds to the beloved staff. I’m sharing this as you will soon see Seth listed as the benefactor which is necessary for the funds to be distributed. We have paused donations as we prepare to distribute.

Hi. As a longtime patron and friend of Bistro Roca, I was devastated to hear of the fire on 1-25-2026. If, like me, you love the people who make this place a respite and a place of joy, let's join and make sure they are OK.

February, March and April are VERY difficult months for restaurants and our loved staff in The High Country. These funds will go to staff to ensure that they can pay their bills.

We know that this will interrupt income for these precious people. Let's help!!
