Bishop’s Academy is a modern Non Profit. That aims to empower the next generation of musicians, and arts executives with the financial tools needed to excel in their respective businesses.

What We Do

We offer in person in person and virtual, High School through Adult Arts Financial Education through the lens of Hip Hop.

Our flagship program is changing lives by teaching young creatives the real ins and outs of the music business. From understanding record contracts and artist advances to learning how to make money through touring, ticketing, streaming, and merch—our students gain the tools to own their careers, not just dream them.

We also break down the costs of management and legal support, giving students a full picture of what it takes to succeed behind the scenes in the industry they love.

Why Raise Money

Your generous donation will go towards. Required paperwork to get the program in NYC schools and institutions. It'll also assist with the initial Staffing, Marketing, and Advertising costs.

About The Founder

Jabari Bishop is a business minded educator. With 7 years of NYCDOE experience under his belt, with 4 of those years being Arts Education.
