On the early morning of October 31st, 19 people were displaced from their homes in Birmingham South Point district due to an enormous fire that encompassed two blocks of the area. My brother, Radio Host, Mike "Sandman" Sanders, was among the 19 people who lost everything in this devastating fire. He is in need of everything from every day essentials, that we all take for granted, toiletries, clothing, coats, jackets, shoes, food, gas, and those are all for the short-term. In the weeks and months ahead he will need long-term support, bedding, towels, linens, bed, furniture, kitchen items and most importantly a roof over his head, so he can start to rebuild the life that he lost in just a few short hours. He literally walked out with the clothes on his back and by the grace of God his life. Nothing at this point is menial in need.
