Our kind and intuitive dog training neighbor, Birgit, had neurosurgery on November 14 to remove a non-cancerous brain tumor. The surgery went well and the tumor is out, but as a self-employed dog trainer, Birgit is unable to work while she recovers, a loss of both her income and her joy.
