Hi Everyone! This is Binx - aka the sweetest, most energetic one-year-old boy you'll ever meet. On Saturday night, Binx started yelling and vomiting all over the house. He was scared and in pain as vomit was even coming out of his nose. We rushed him to the emergency vet and discovered he ingested a foreign object that is now causing a small bowel obstruction and a large amount of fluid backup in his stomach.

We tried medical management overnight with intravenous fluids and a nasogastric tube to remove the fluid from his stomach, but unfortunately, the obstruction is not resolving itself. If left untreated, it could result in a bowel perforation, sepsis, and ultimately losing Binx.

That's why we're asking for help — from friends, family, animal lovers, and kind strangers. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward Binx's emergency surgery, medications, and recovery care. If you're unable to give, sharing this with your circle means just as much!

Binx is only 1 year old, and he has so much life left. He's brought us comfort through his head nudges when he demands pets, lots of laughs as he learned to play with his big brother, and been our little void in the night. I just want to give him the chance to keep living a full, healthy life.
