Billy Sparks is a loving, hard-working family man.

He was diagnosed with Carotid dissection, and the previous brain surgical site has also changed.

Billy is not able to work due to the side effects of these conditions. His wife, Amy, is having her own health issues going on. Billy is a very selfless person, always trying to help those in need. When Billy is not lending a hand or remedying an issue. He spends time with his 3 year old granddaughter at the spray pad. His other interests are vegetable gardening to can his salsa, camping, fishing, boating, beach sitting, and beautiful hiking trips in the forrest of Hicking Hills.

Due to the medical and regular bills piling up, they are in financial hardship.
