It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic passing of Bill (Kongkeo Phaysith), a devoted father and loving husband who gave his life while heroically saving his children from drowning in Santee Lake. His final act was one of incredible courage, love, and selflessness.

He leaves behind his wife, Kathreen, and their 3 children, who are now facing an unimaginable loss. As they navigate this heartbreaking time, we are asking for your support to help ease the financial burden that comes with such a sudden tragedy, covering funeral expenses, daily living costs, and providing for the children’s future.
