Hello, my name is Arebella, but everyone knows me as Bella. As you all know, our dear friend Bill Soukup was in a terrible car accident a few years back, causing a severe head injury. Since then, myself and anyone that has known him have watched him slowly deteriorate. Due to the accident, he now suffers from seizures and has had two strokes. He now has a brain bleed, which, of course, was caused by an aneurysm, and from his recent tests and doctor's appointments, we have learned that it is something that cannot be fixed or treated. Last time he was hospitalized due to seizures and another stroke, his wallet was stolen, which had his bank cards, any kind of cash that he may have had, and means of taking care of himself—food stamp card, everything gone. We have since then ordered all new stuff but have not received any of it. At this point, Bill is in need of good clothes, shoes, and help with medical supplies for himself. Bill has always been that friend that you can call day or night, and he'd be there for you. He would take you into his home, he would feed you, he would do anything and everything he could for his friends. He's in no position to be asking for any kind of help right now, nor would he. He's a very proud yet humble man who is used to being the one taking care of everything for everybody, and I can't imagine what he's feeling and going through right now with the confusion and memories in and out of what he used to be in his life. So, I'm asking everyone that knew and loved him for just a little bit of the kindness that he gave out to everybody else to be given back to him in the form of some sort of support. Anything will help.
