He finally made it to the PET scan today.

Hopefully it hasn't spread anywhere else.

He was whipped out just from the visit.

He came home and went straight to bed where he is now when I just got home. I hate being away from him but I am trying to keep the wolf away from our door.

Fingers crossed.... tomorrow morning we see both doctors early in the morning.

Update July 14th

Billy is still staying in bed working on pain management. It's hard but he's a tough old bird. I hate it that there's nothing I can do.

Today was another rough day with Billy. It has taken 24 for the pain meds to get him out of suffering pain. This is so hard to watch when you love someone. I am hoping that tomorrow is a pain free day.

We rescheduled the PET scan because he just wasn't able to move much today.

Please keep us in your prayers tonight as we move forward into Wednesday.

I have been able to get the rent paid up thanks to all your generosity, For everything you donate please know we are forever grateful that you have to ability to help us too even with our economy the way it is today.

To our Family and Friends Sunday 6/29 ...Billy had a rough day today. We are learning how to navigate the pain meds but we are learning. He very feisty and mean but the Dr said thats good cause it means he's got fight left in him. Billy now calls me the Chaos Captain cause from the minute my feet hit the floor I am in the phone with what ever Dr wants information or an appointment made so I am like a hunting dog on point.

Funds spent have been on Catch-up the Rent here, insurance payment and food we don't get from the 2 food banks we utilize.

Please text or call him with just inspirational thoughts or hey I am praying for you. He really needs to hear for you even if you don't know what to say it's ok...... just let him know you're thinking about him or praying.....he's hard to understand with his vocal cords rough but if you can't understand him him just text.

It's important for him to hear your out there thinking about him and praying.

A message from Billy.....I am

overwhelmed by all the responses to our situation. How do you put a price of the peace of mind each of you has given Ivey and l . So far we have we have been able to pay some of the back rent, put gas in the truck and buy the small things like soap, TP and some food. Please share our story with all of your friends in hopes that our blessings will continue to grow. We love and appreciate each and everyone of you as we move forward in this journey. Update on my brother in law. He has decided with his doctors to try a first round of chemo and radiation. If it can swink to tumor then it can be removed. Please help Billy and Ivey

with money for gas, rent , insurance,

food,so Billy can get a chance to see if his body can with stand the chemo.

Their truck needs front end repairs so they can attend the birth of their first granddaughter, Leyla in August.
