ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It is a devastating diagnosis that requires extensive medical care and support. The Boschelli Family is facing mounting medical bills and expenses as they work to provide the best possible care for Bill.

Despite the challenges they are facing, the Boschelli Family remains strong and united. They are a close-knit family who have always been there for each other in times of need.
