Support Bill Boehm's Fight Against Cancer

I would like to raise support for a dear friend and colleague, Bill Boehm, who has, unfortunately, been diagnosed with cancer. This, hopefully, can alleviate any financial hardships that comes along with such unfortunate medical issues. I have worked with Bill at BUMC for many years and he has been a mentor to me and many of my colleagues at Baylor, where Bill worked for at least 24 plus years. Anyone that knows Bill knows what a kind hearted soul he is. The last thing I and those around him, including his beautiful wife Rose and his 2 children and numerous friends and colleagues would love nothing more than Bill to beat this disease... so I humbly ask all of those that can and wish to help Bill and his family so that while he endures chemo and extensive other hospital visits to help Bill focus only on his health and to not have to stress over about medical bills. Bill, being reluctant at first to ask for financial help, agreed to allow me to start this crowdfund for him to help with medical expenses and I am honored to start this gofundme for him. Please keep Bill in your thoughts and prayers. He would love to hear from all of you. Words of encouragement are good as gold and I believe a community of support and love are as powerful as any act or gesture.
