Rebuild Big Rock

Big Rock Malibu was completely devastated in the Palisades fire, and with it residents lost their homes, possessions and even pets. Almost all houses were burned all the way to the foundation, and in many cases fire insurance will not cover the full rebuilding process, nor the full extent to which personal things were lost. Here are just some of the residents who lost their homes:

Jupiter Pitschka (16 years old): I have lived on big rock for nearly 16 years, so my entire life, and my favorite memory was going to the beach with my friends at the bottom of the hill, and spending time with my neighbors. The thing I’m saddest about losing in the fire is my pet tortoise, Sully.

James Fisher (17): I have lived on big rock for 15 years, my favorite memory has been hiking around the hill and bike riding with my friends when we were younger. The thing I’m saddest about losing is my music collection.

Noah Van der ryn (16): I lived in big rock for 15 years, and my favorite memory was playing soccer in the street during the block party. The thing I’m saddest about losing is my vintage clothing.

All of the proceeds will be donated to the residents of Big Rock, to help start rebuilding their lives in such a difficult time. Lots of love and stay safe
