Big John’s is a local tire shop specializing in custom wheels and lift kits. The business has been serving the Pasco community for the last 10 years. It was started by Jeff Broeske, who was born and raised here. On September 26th, hurricane Helene devastated Big John’s with over 6 feet of flooding. This has left all of his heavy-duty electrical equipment inoperable. All of his remaining tools, office equipment, fencing, foundation, electrical outlets and wiring have also been damaged. The list goes on to about $100,000 total that has been lost. The business will remain inoperable until the insurance process is complete, which can take up to 6 months. Not only will Jeff not have an income during this time, but neither will his employees. The property mortgage, insurance, and other bills will still need to be paid monthly, even with the shop being closed. We are praying that the insurance will do a full payout for what Big John’s has lost, but we are very worried they will barely cover what will be needed to even rebuild. There are so many different aspects to consider and so much to do. For these reasons,

we are asking the community to come together and assist Jeff and Big Johns Tires in saving the shop and allowing a reopen to be possible.
