In the early hours of Wednesday, May 30, Bianca Hatton's life was forever changed. A fire tore through her apartment on Graydon Street in East Savannah, displacing her family and claiming the life of her 5-year-old daughter.
She and her four surviving children all sustained burns. Two of her children have been transported to the burn unit in Augusta for further treatment. Bianca and her family also lost all of their possessions in the blaze.
Bianca is a conductor for Old Town Trolley, and a member of our tourism family. As you all know, tourism in Savannah is a close-knit community that rallies to help its own. If you are able, please assist Bianca in her time of need.
Any size donation is helpful as the family embarks on the next steps in their journey. Every dollar counts. Material donations will be accepted at the Old Town Trolley offices located at 1115 Louisville Road.
