Hello, my name is Bianca Blanco, and I’m the founder and CEO of Blonc Virgin Hair Extensions, a company I started in 2012 with a deep commitment to quality, care, and community. As a Black American woman with no financial backing, I built this business from the ground up—brick by brick—with nothing but grit, grace, and the support of my clients, friends, and family.

In 2023, I proudly opened our brick-and-mortar location at 2785 Speer Blvd in Denver. With over $100,000 invested, we transformed the space into a stunning retail boutique and extension studio. It wasn’t just a store—it was a dream realized. A space designed to celebrate beauty, serve our community, and represent a decade of sacrifice and hard work.

But starting in August 2024, everything changed.

The leasing management staff began targeting me and other tenants with predatory financial practices. Their goal wasn’t to push us out—it was to extract more money per tenant, even if that meant using bullying, deception, and financial manipulation.

They engaged in a coercive scheme that included:

Imposing false late fees

Misallocating rent payments so that funds went toward fees instead of actual rent

Creating artificially inflated balances

Issuing retaliatory threats and pursuing predatory evictions

They weaponized the rent payment system to manufacture debt, trap tenants in cycles of confusion and fear, and pressure us into paying more than we legally owed. Eventually, their actions made it impossible to live or work in the space safely.

We had just completed the remodel in November 2024—but by April 10, 2025, we were already dismantling everything we had built. After pouring our hearts, time, and money into that location, we were forced to walk away—not because we failed, but because we were targeted.

This experience has been not only financially devastating but emotionally crushing—for me, my staff, and the loyal clients who supported us.

We are now in a new location, doing our best to start over from scratch. But this time, we don’t have the cushion we once did. We’re rebuilding with strength—but we need help.
