Bhawan is a full-time chef at People’s Park Tavern and has been a valued member of our team for over two years. He is not only an incredible chef, but one of the kindest, most caring and selfless people you could hope to meet.

Last week, Bhawan received the devastating news that his beloved mother was tragically killed in a car accident in Nepal. This unimaginable loss has left him facing the heartbreaking reality of travelling home to grieve with his family, while also dealing with the significant costs and challenges that come with such a sudden tragedy.

Bhawan has always worked incredibly hard and sends much of what he earns back home to support his family. He gives so much of himself to others, and now we want to give something back to him during the most difficult time of his life.

We are asking our friends, colleagues, and wider community to help support Bhawan with the costs of travelling to Nepal and any expenses associated with this devastating loss. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference and help ease some of the burden during this incredibly painful time.
