Support Bev's Recovery After Severe Accident

My name is Annie and I'm trying to raise money for my one coworker. Most of you know bev from the Dollar tree in Clayton and sometimes she has worked at bridgeton Dollar tree. On her way to work yesterday she got into a really bad car accident. A person ran a red light and hit her then her car hit a pole head on. She was then rushed to the hospital where she has substained broken ribs fluid around her spleen and broken both legs. This woman works two jobs to pay her bills. The one job that she works she has been there for 18 years. And the dollar store job she's been there for 10 years. She doesn't have a lot to give yet she will help anybody who needs it. Right now she's going to need the help. She will most likely be out of work for a while. So I'm trying to raise money so it can go towards her monthly bills that she has. All the money is going directly to her to help with medical bills, monthly bills that she has. Like I said she would give the shirt off her back to anyone. She's very funny and outgoing. And right now she needs our help.

So I just want to give everybody an update it is now Sunday November 3rd Bev got done surgery yesterday it took 8 hours 4 hours for her left leg in 4 hours for her right leg. She is now in her room of her own she is with her family right now as she recovers. I will keep you informed on the process as we go forward. Again thank you all that has already donated and I will have a donation drive set up at the Dollar tree in Clayton if you would like to donate that way as well.

So another update on Bev today is Wednesday November 6th. I went up and saw her today for the first time since her accident. She looks alert and good has both her legs wrapped in bandages. She's she should be moved to a rehab soon closer to her home. She just got her third blood transfusion today. She is thanking everyone for all the donations. And saying how much it is really going to help her. She sends her love to everyone. I will try to keep you guys updated every couple days. But if we could keep spreading the word. Thanks again for all the help and love that she is receiving.

Update on Bev today is Nov 9 she just had another blood transfusion today. She also got blood work and her kidney count is high. There's also fluid around her kidneys. She's always kidney specialist and they want to do an ultrasound of her kidneys to figure out what's causing the fluid and the next step of actions to be taken. She wahelpmpletely healthy before this.

Sorry that I haven't updated in a while but it is currently Friday November 29th and Bev was finally sent to a rehab facility on Wednesday night. After being in the hospital for about a month she is still currently out of work so if we could possibly try to keep the donations coming to help. That would be grateful. She still has a long road ahead of her with recovery she's supposed to be doing physical therapy 3 hours a day everyday at the rehab.

I'm sorry guys I haven't updated this in a while been super busy with working. Wanted to give you an update on Bev as of January 20th. She's home getting rehab able to lift her leg some. She's finished with in home therapy now she's going to be doing out of home physical therapy. But if we could get more donations that would be great she had to get a ramp put in at her house she's renting the ramp. It's going to cost her $2,000 to put in the ramp and then another $500 a month to pay for it on top of her other bills she's also renting a wheelchair with her not working she's stressing on how she's going to cover everything. Anyway you guys could help would be grateful even if we could send some food her way to help her so she doesn't have to really worry about food or household essentials. She does appreciate everybody that has donated so far.
