Support Betho on His Journey to Recovery

Hi everyone,

As some of you might know, my dad Betho is currently in the hospital recovering from a surgery to remove a tumor in his neck/back that caused him to loose permanently and completely mobility of his left arm. This diagnosis has been very hard on him as he recently moved from Brazil to Utah to try to live a better life and to be close to his daughters and grandkids.

For the past 6 months, he has been suffering from nerve, muscle pain and spent a lot of time from doctors, to spinal procedures, muscle and physical theraphy trying to reverse his condition. Unfortunately it was too late and the doctors told him he had a growing tumor attached to his artery and nerves that caused irreversible damage to his left arm.

The doctors were unable to successfully remove his tumor, so he might need another surgery and will need radiotherapy. He has lots of medical bills to pay for, as well as figuring out how to proceed his new life without the mobility of an arm… He has been a talented hair stylist for all his life and can no longer do that for a job. His options are limited as he doesn’t have both arms/hands.
