Please help Support the Pints & Pies Bethlehem Bartenders and Servers after the tragic fire.

On Sunday November 30th, the Bethlehem location of Pints & Pies suffered a significant fire. While the building wasn’t a total loss, the damage was severe enough that the restaurant will need to close for few months to rebuild.

This fundraiser is being created with the knowledge and support of the team to help the incredible bartenders and servers who suddenly find themselves without the majority of their income — right at the start of the holiday season.

Why We’re Raising Funds

Pints & Pies is more than a restaurant — it’s a true community gathering place. The Bethlehem location just celebrated its two-year anniversary, and in that time the staff has built a warm, loyal, and welcoming environment that so many of us in the community care deeply about.

The owners have already committed to paying the staff their regular paychecks during the closure. This is an extraordinary act of loyalty, generosity, and leadership, and it speaks volumes about how committed they are to their team. They are heartbroken over the temporary closure and are doing everything possible to rebuild quickly and reopen the doors as soon as they can.

However, for tipped employees — especially bartenders and servers — that pay represents only a small portion of their overall earnings.

The Financial Impact (Especially During the Holidays)

There are approximately 25 bartenders and servers whose income will be significantly reduced during. This would be difficult at any time of year, but is especially difficult around the holidays.

Although the Easton location remains open, it cannot absorb all Bethlehem staff or provide the hours they typically rely on.

Where the Funds Will Go

Every dollar raised will go directly to the tipped staff of Pints & Pies Bethlehem as supplemental income during the rebuilding period.

Funds will be equitably distributed among the affected bartenders and servers based on typical hours and availability, ensuring fair support for everyone, including parents and primary household earners.

Updates will be shared as repairs progress and as funds are distributed.
