My name is Bert Perlas. I am requesting help from the community to fund my chiropractic care fees. Most of my life, I have been very active playing sports and working, and as a result, over time, the damage to my spine has gradually warped and twisted my spine like a churro. I work in the construction industry, and having a strong back is vital in completing job duties.

I recently hurt my back to the point I was helpless on the ground. I know that I caused these back problems with my actions as a youth, but now I've learned the value of being healthy. I've been humbled by this recent experience and am committing to taking care of my body so I can stay employed and contribute to my community.
