Hi! My name is Berry and yesterday my apartment in Asheville NC caught on fire from complications stemming from Hurricane Helene

After Hurricane Helene I was sure that my worries were just about over. I was waiting for power to come on and was charging at a generator outside when I heard power was back on- ran back to my apartment in flames. Everything was destroyed in the fire and my lease was terminated. I am currently homeless for at least several weeks and until I can find a new apartment lease.

I only have one pair of clothes, my phone and chargers. Any bit in donations helps a ton towards recovery and replacement of damaged items, rent and necessities ranging from clothes to sundries, First and second month's rent on wherever I find a new lease.
